Brarista is proud to announce the launch of Balance Bot, an AI-powered fit assistant created in partnership with Evenly. Evenly is a pioneering British femtech brand on a mission to provide effective, non-surgical solutions for breast asymmetry. With up to 90% of women experiencing some degree of asymmetry, Evenly creates innovative bra insert products that restore balance to improve posture and boost confidence.

Evenly’s unique sizing system required a digital experience that could match the same expertise and empathy as in-person advice. Generic sizing tools weren’t designed to handle the complexity of breast asymmetry, making them unsuitable for Evenly’s bespoke 17-size system.

To solve this, Brarista and Evenly co-created Balance Bot. It applies rules that account for asymmetry and international conversions, ensuring precise and reliable recommendations every time. Unlike conventional tools, this AI is capable of handling the complexity of breast asymmetry, giving women guidance they can trust.

Beyond static advice, Balance Bot supports customers in real time. Through troubleshooting previous purchases and recommending size adjustments, Brarista helps minimise returns and converts them into successful exchanges if necessary. The chatbot guides customers step-by-step through these processes, and reduces the burden on service teams while providing shoppers with instant reassurance.



Moreover, Balance Bot provides accessible, supportive answers to questions regarding breast asymmetry, helping women better understand their bodies and feel confident in their choices. Every interaction is designed to reflect Evenly’s values, making the experience feel both professional and personal.
