Fit has always been central to Nudea’s identity. From their iconic Nudea Fit Tape, which simplified at-home bra measuring into two easy steps, Nudea has consistently raised the bar for what “fit” should mean in the digital shopping experience.
Now, that mission is extending even further through their partnership with Brarista’s AI-powered conversational fitting chatbot.

Nudea approaches underwear as a wellbeing ritual that is thoughtful, sustainable, and intentional. But their existing chatbot experience didn’t reflect that ethos.
While it could answer basic order and delivery questions, it wasn’t equipped to provide personalised bra fitting guidance or style recommendations. This left customers without the support they need in one of the most complex and fit-critical categories in fashion, and limited Nudea’s ability to fully support shoppers throughout their buying journey.

Nudea integrated Brarista’s AI bra-fitting and styling chatbot directly into their online store, giving customers access to personalised size and product recommendations in minutes, from the comfort of home.



Powered by a database of 20,000+ verified fit records, Brarista combines advanced algorithms, lingerie-specific conversational AI, and professional fitting expertise to mirror the reassurance of a boutique fitting room online.
The chatbot supports Nudea’s full size range (30-38 bands and A-GG cups), adapting guidance to different body shapes, fit preferences, and life stages. Beyond sizing, it also acts as a lingerie stylist, recommending products across Nudea’s underwear and sleepwear collections.

This partnership also marks the debut of Brarista’s newly updated chatbot interface, rolled out ahead of the Black Friday season. “We designed the enhanced interface to showcase the full depth of how Brarista supports the end-to-end online fitting journey, from fit advice to intelligent product recommendations,” says Bella Trang Ngo, Founder of Brarista.
Paired with automatically updated product card tags reflecting real-time discounts and promotions, Nudea can maximise seasonal performance while Brarista acts as an extended online sales associate, guiding customers to the right fit and the right product at the right moment.
