Brarista is proud to announce our newest partnership with LOU, the Australian swimwear, intimates and activewear brand built for smaller busts. Introducing the Mini Chatbot



One of the most distinctive aspects of this integration is how Brarista sits within the LOU shopping experience. When we first spoke with the LOU team, it was clear they had an existing customer service setup they wanted to keep. So rather than a full site-wide deployment, we introduced our Mini Chatbot: a lightweight solution that embeds directly below the add-to-cart button on specific product pages, acting like a professional fitter standing beside every product.

Unlike our Full Chatbot, which guides shoppers through the entire browsing journey, the Mini Chatbot is built for removing the doubts that stop someone from adding to cart. It answers product-specific questions about fit, fabric, and compatibility, right at the moment a shopper needs clarity most. The result is a tool that improves product page conversion rates without disrupting the broader customer experience LOU has already built.






The breast shape quiz

This partnership also marks the first live deployment of Brarista's breast shape quiz. It builds on our established two-minute bra fitting quiz, going further to assess shoppers based on a wider range of body features: breast spacing, side and top fullness, bottom gap, shoulder slope, and life stage, to pinpoint which products will suit their body best.



For swimwear and lingerie alike, size is only one part of the equation. As LOU puts it, breast shape plays just as big a role in how a bikini fits, feels, and flatters, much like how different body types suit different cuts of jeans or dresses. The quiz democratises the kind of in-person assessment a specialist fitter would offer at a boutique store into a visual, intuitive experience online.
